Daily journal November 30, 2000, leaving for Lehigh University Art Show, Bethlehem, Pa

Opening December 1st. They requested I bring slides of my art work so I proceeded to buy two rolls of slide film and take the pictures of my recent abstracts and others that are here now, it was difficult to find the film and then to find a developer who would do it in one hour. I need to cross town to the Old Augusta Road and knowing it would be full of traffic, I cut through Cleveland Park at 15 miles per hour along the Ready River only to find the other end of the park closed for road construction which is what happens when the city has money. I took another exit from the park to join McDaniel Avenue in the old section leading into Augusta Road near the film shop. On my return I noticed the fighter jet in the park memorial to Captain Anderson lost over Cuba during the missile crisis with Castro. Many paid a heavy price to provide whatever freedom we have be it so quickly compromised and traded away for no good reason at all other than as treason. We live in the age of treason when nothing is true, when fact is not a fact. White is not white and black is not black, the sky is not blue and the grass is not green. We live in a time when food is not food and water is not pure where safe to drink. Today I have made a promise that nothing on earth shall make me eat and swallow anything sweet into my body. My weight is perfect and I am not diabetic but extremely affected negatively by one grain of sugar. Sugar takes my body apart and I believe I am not different from other people who eat sweets. I will stop here ever compromising to eat anything sweet, not one swallow ever again will I consume,I say the same for fried food and wheat flour products.

I come Lord asking nothing but receiving all as I praise Your Holy name, thank you Lord.

The hungry all eager to grab power in the White House and are so willing to go to any extent I believe will set-off a major out rage of the people to now regain control of their election system. To gain office by manipulation will definitely backfire on the Bushes and cause a major disturbance in America. The time of the end of our(free) system may indeed coincide with the fulfillment of Bible prophecy from Daniel to Revelation. I see a major event upheaval coming to clear the halls of Congress and bring back the Justice we have never had. The intent of our Government may be far different than the intent and purpose in the heart of secret leaders given in advance to a false Osiris of Egypt clearly indicated on our dollar bill. Pay day is coming and indeed is here and we shall see it. I believe we shall see the coming of the Lord for those ready in their hearts and minds to meet the Lord and to live with Him forever being under his rule and committed to Him.

I will travel North to Asheville and Johnson City Tennessee where I will take Highway

81 interstate to Pennsylvania about 600 miles. I will be proud to see the Art Show there and the work of Norbert Kox. I hope to see the Amish community and I pray for good weather and safe travel to get me there and back without any accident in route, with the faulty brakes on all the late model cars that have anti-lock brakes, I believe we are all in danger and this should be considered in driving a car. Almost every day there is a light plane crash in the Eastern part of the U.S.A.especially between here and New York. The 2 emergency landings yesterday of commercial jets increases my apprehension of flying. I have always prayed before takeoff in any plane flown by me or anyone else. Now my art is my mission and I hope that my 300 foot painting will appear on some walls some place again soon. The speed of time and now closing November buts us near a new year

with all the challenges it will bring. Let us be faithful unto God in all we say, think or do.
